There's a reason our carers stay.
Care work the way it should feel. Time to do the job properly, a team that has your back, and the sense that what you do matters.
No experience needed. We'll train you and pay you while we do.

The job may not always be easy. We make sure it's never lonely.
Plenty of agencies will hand you a packed rota and a satnav. We do it differently, because carers who feel supported give better care, and they stay.
Time to care, not rush
Our visits are planned with breathing room, so you're never clock-watching in someone's front room. The people you support become people you know.
A team, not a number
Rounds close to home, familiar faces, and a manager who knows what your week looks like. If something's wrong at 7am, a real person answers.
Somewhere to grow
We fund your Social Care Wales registration and your QCF diploma, and we promote from within. Start as a carer, become a senior, a trainer, a manager.
What the work actually feels like
Not a list of duties, but the moments that make people say they'd never go back to a "normal" job.
Bore da, Gwen
First call of the day. A cuppa, the curtains open, medication sorted, and someone who's genuinely glad you came.
The unhurried visit
Lunch made, a proper chat, a walk to the window. The bit the paperwork never captures, and the bit that matters most.
You spotted it first
You notice she's not herself, flag it, and it gets sorted before it becomes serious. That's you making the difference.
Nos da, and mean it
You log off knowing four people are safe, warm and looked after tonight, partly because of you. Try getting that from a spreadsheet.
Rates above the Real Living Wage, paid training hours, and a workplace pension. We'll talk through the full package at your interview.

I've worked in care fifteen years and never had a team like this one. They ask how I'm doing, not just the clients. I'm not going anywhere.LindaCarer · with Cerecare 4 years
You don't need a care background. You need to be the kind of person people trust.
- Kind and patient, the sort who'd stop to help a neighbour
- Reliable, because people are counting on you to turn up
- A driver with your own car, which rural rounds need
- Happy to learn, and we'll teach you everything else
- Welsh speakers especially welcome, though not essential

Everything you're wondering
I've never worked in care. Can I still apply?
Absolutely. Many of our team started with none. If you're kind, reliable and willing to learn, we'll give you all the training you need, and pay you while you do it.
Do I need a car?
Yes. Because Ceredigion is rural, you'll need a full licence and your own car. We pay 45p a mile for travel between your calls.
What hours can I work?
Whatever fits your life. We offer full-time and part-time rounds, with guaranteed hours so you know where you stand each week.
What qualifications will I get?
We fund your Social Care Wales registration and support you through your QCF Diploma in Health & Social Care, plus all mandatory training, at no cost to you.
Is there a DBS check?
Yes, an enhanced DBS check is required for all care roles. It's standard across the sector and we'll guide you through it.
How soon could I start?
Once your checks and training are complete you could be on a round within a few weeks. Register your interest and we'll get moving.
